Rule The Kingdom Unlimited Wood, Stone, and Food Hack Using Game Hacker

Hey, the following is the instructions on how to get unlimited food, stone and wood in Rule the Kingdom. It works on Game Hacker. Gamekiller should work too. Unlimited Gold should also be able to obtain with the necessary adjustments although I did not test it.
